WELCOME TO THE ABRAHAM BRILOFF PAGE
The Association for
Accountancy & Business Affairs (AABA) is pleased to provide a
page for Professor Abraham Briloff (Emanuel Saxe Distinguished
Professor Emeritus, Baruch College, New York). Since the 1960s, Abe (as
he is known to his friends) has been the foremost authoritative
commentator on accountancy matters in the USA. He has always spoken
without fear or favor and has constantly reminded the accountancy
establishment of its social responsibilities. His views
are widely reported in the US press. Academic research shows that the
stock
market also reacts to his analysis and commentary.
