It has pre-printed the names of the President, Vice-President and the Deputy President as 'proxy holders' on all the ballot papers (click here to see the Stalinist vote rigging). The sepcimen proxy form produced on page 39 of the 1998 Rulebook does not contain any such provision. This is how the leadership gets to cast 20-25% of all the votes. Such methods of voting are unlawful in national, general, regional, local and European elections. They are also prohibited for trade unions. but the ACCA leadership does not care for decency.
