Elections to Council 2000

Your letter of 2 March 2000 refers.

You have three options:

• to agree that your election address is published without reference to your web site address

• to agree that it is published with a statement that ACCA has declined to include reference to your web site address

• to request that no addresses published for you.

In the event that 1 do not hear from you by noon on Monday as to which option you prefer, the Council election material will be printed with an election address from you which does not include your web site address.

Please note that we have now reached the deadline for printing election material and so there can be no further correspondence on this matter.  Please note also that there is no requirement that ACCA should publish election addresses and that, in publishing addresses, ACCA is entitled to require a limit of around 180 words, with no circumvention of this by reference to web sites.
