ACCA has announced that in 1999 it recruited 46,000 new students increasing its student population to 165,000. However, the number of students passing the final exams in the December 1999 diet was only 3919. the total for 1999 is expected to be around 8,000. So please do some arithmetic.
It has also not stated that 70% of all its students are from outside
the UK. But ACCA is run on a colonial model where all control rests in
London. Is this an appropriate structure? Students have no direct representation
on council. So who listens to their concerns?
