HIGH STAFF TURNOVER AT ACCA

The ACCA headquarters in London has been experiencing exceptionally high turnover of staff. It is estimated that some 40% of the staff left during the last year or so.  Staff are said to be unhappy with the ACCA style of management. ACCA accounts and annual review do not give any details of the reasons for the exceptionally high staff turnover, or the fees paid to staff recruitment agencies to find replacements.

A major departure has been that of  the ACCA Resources Manager, Debbie Smith. In 'insider' told AABA that she suddenly left about six weeks ago. Insiders claim that Ms Smith may take legal action against the ACCA over her departure. ACCA is said to be considering making an out-of-court settlement.
